Design management: our early involvement in this stage consists of meeting with our best consultants and with the client as well as reviewing the suggested designs, running feasibility studies and examining the construction site before proceeding with any process. This secures uninterrupted construction activities and protects against any design defection that might lead to delays in delivery.
Construction management: we have extensive subcontracting resources, and we are well acquainted in all prospects of project management, general management, contracting, etc...
Works supervision (including QA & QC): this consists of making sure that the construction process is abiding by the requirements and supervise that all the appropriate safety measures are being respected. We also monitor quality, control the cost and master the communication between stakeholders.
Contract administrator: we develop, produce and issue tender documents (agreements, specs, contract conditions, etc), we ease the communication between the client’s representative and the consultants during the negotiations and monitor the compliance with the contract requirements to ensure that all conditions are satisfied.
Cost consultancy: as a first step, before any construction activity begins, we proceed with calculating a cost estimate of the project and produce a cash flow projection.
Scheduling: we work with a high level of organization, so, to keep track of the project’s progress and to deliver it on time without any delays, we design a schedule beforehand that balances both the pre-construction and the construction phase. As well as maintaining and updating this schedule, we review and analyze those submitted by contractors.
Document control: we are the connection between all parties; therefore, we take charge of delivering replies, we maintain the correspondence logs and manage filing systems, minutes of meetings and fulfill other office functions.
Reporting: we issue monthly reports summarizing the productivity of the construction activity and work progress, as well as portraying payments and overlaying expenses. All of which ensure the execution of the project without delays and its delivery on time.
Value engineering: Along side the principles of value engineering, we undertake more formal Value Management, Value Engineering and Cost in Use studies during all of our cost studies. All of which are very essential in a modern cost consultancy service. In order to provide a project which achieves value for our client’s money, we create a balance between form, function, initial capital cost, long term costs and quality
